SHIFT LEADER
A Motto Motto Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality, service and cleanliness (QSC) standards during specific trading periods by effectively and efficiently leading a team on shift in our restaurants.
They get the best out of our Team Members and look after our customers. The Shift Leader role is the most important role in our business.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Motto Motto Assistant Restaurant Managers have responsibility for sales, labour and stock operations at their restaurants. They drive Shift Leader engagement while usually focusing on either labour or stock operations to support their Restaurant Manager in increasing the restaurant's PACE (Profit After Controllable Expenses).
This role is about training, influencing and great leadership of the restaurant team. It is an ideal springboard to learn the levers of a hospitality business and how to make it profitable. This role involves using systems, training team members and managing team performance.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
A Motto Motto Restaurant Manager's role is about sales, people and their restaurant's PACE! They are accountable for their people plan, with particular focus on the development of their Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers so they can take their hospitality career to the next level.
Restaurant Managers deliver these people outcomes through planning their recruitment, managing performance, coaching and training of their restaurant team. They have a bunch of systems to use in assisting them with their restaurant PACE, they put labour controls in action, manage stock and are great at championing and executing our brand and local marketing activities.
